I had a pretty good time at Hotel Villa Emilia. The location was a major plus since it was close to the metro, making it easy to explore Barcelona. Thankfully, the staff helped me switch rooms, which made a big difference. I'd definitely recommend it, but maybe avoid room 11 if you can!
